For my master's thesis, I developed a University Admission System for Czech Technical University in Prague, specifically to help with the complex process of admitting foreign students. Before this system, every year the university staff had to do a lot of manual, time-consuming work to manage these admissions. There was no automation, making the process quite challenging. This system I created is a big help for both the university staff and the applicants. It makes the whole admission process—from start to finish—much easier and more organized. For the university staff, it has many useful features. They can set up new admission events, assign people to work on these events, create important documents automatically, and even make decisions about applicants faster using the system. Plus, there's a feature for chatting directly with applicants, which makes communication a lot smoother. Applicants also get a lot of benefits from this system. They can handle their admission applications online, sign up for events related to their admission, check their results and the status of their application, and talk to the university staff through a chat feature. All of this was not possible before, and it makes the admission process much clearer and more convenient for the students applying.
